A strategy game in which we run our own racing team. Our tasks include the technological development of the team, driving careers and maintaining a good team atmosphere.

Racing Manager 2014 is a strategic sports game in which the player plays the role of racing team manager. The little-known Comport Interactive studio is responsible for the production.

The game allows us to lead our own racing team - we can create it from scratch, specifying the name and colours, or use one of the previously created profiles. Our duties include practically every aspect of the team's activity - the basic issue is to choose the right drivers and mechanics. The competitors, through our directives, over time develop new skills and character traits that can be helpful when competing on the route - production allows you to choose one of several dozen career paths. The technical side of the racing team has not been forgotten either - designers and engineers will ensure the right technology development, taking care of research on individual car parts - in total there are more than 100 different variants and solutions to be discovered. The game also allows you to design your own car and complete it with a number of spare parts. The manager's tasks also include ensuring appropriate contact with the media and attracting new sponsors.

A separate module is dedicated to racing weekends - as part of this module, we have to establish an appropriate strategy, specifying, among other things, the number of pit-stops, the size of refuellings and the type of tyres. During the races we can also listen to the drivers' suggestions and react to the events on the track in real time, changing the way the next laps are played. Each victory builds not only the prestige of our stable and drivers, but also of the manager, and thanks to the money we earn we can diversify our private lives by buying yachts, villas or sports cars.
