An unusual racing game created by Rebellion. The game introduces a futuristic world, where illegal races of cutting-edge motorbikes are a common view on the city streets. The player takes part in illegal racing, set in a modern metropolis illuminated by colorful neon lights.
Raceline CC is a motorcycle racing game in which we take part in illegal motorcycle races held at night on the streets of the city. The production is a proposition for those who prefer effective action over realism, and its production is the responsibility of Rebellion studio, with such mobile positions as Evil Genius Online, Zombie HQ and Guns 4 Hire. The title for iOS devices has been released in a free model with optional micropayments.
Production offers a new look at mobile racing games with bikes in the lead role. We take indirect control of a powerful motorcycle and take part in illegal races on the streets of a big metropolis in the near future under the cover of the night.
This is one of the most dynamic racing games for mobile devices. The right impression is provided by the speed well rendered, intensified by the perspective of the FPP, from which the action is presented. What is important, in the game we do not control the motorcycle directly. Maneuvers of overtaking, passing, accelerating, etc. are performed using a QTE-like system, so touching the screen at the designated points at the right time.
The game emphasizes the struggle in solo mode. We take part in championships, duels with local bosses and everyday challenges. In return for the victories we receive money, which we spend on purchasing new motorcycles, as well as improving those already in our possession. Contracts with sponsors also help. The classic multiplayer is not shown here - we can only compare time results in particular challenges.
A garage is an important part of the game. It serves not only as a place where we store purchased monorails, but also as a workshop. In Raceline CC, tuning plays an important role - both mechanical tuning, which allows the motorcycle to get extra power out of the deck, as well as visual tuning. In order to enjoy the fun of the game helps to create a spectacular, three-dimensional graphic design, enjoying the eye with various visual and light effects. It is worth noting that the graphics were designed with the use of Apple Metal technology (previously used by MOBA Vainglory, among others).
