Quarrel

Quarrel is a puzzle game designed for Xbox Live Arcade users. The idea of gameplay combines elements from such games as Scrabble and Risk (known in Poland as Risk), so in addition to strategic thinking skills, a good command of English will also be useful. On the other hand, it may be a good opportunity to enrich your vocabulary from Shakespeare's homeland, as every word you can create in the game is placed in a kind of dictionary with explanations of its meaning.

The whole action takes place on a board divided into several locations. In the game takes part 4 players (we can invite friends to play or rely on Artificial Intelligence), and their task is to conquer the territory of opponents. This is where the stairs start, because in order to win, it is not enough to just move your risers to the location next to you. At this point, both attackers and attackers must create a word from randomly specified letters, which, like in Scrabble, have some point values. The number of letters depends on the number of soldiers that we attacked the enemy, and the winner is, of course, the person whose word will be scored higher. However, all attacks must be planned quite carefully, because once they have been carried out in the previous territory, we leave only one soldier for defence, so that our area is then highly vulnerable to aggression from our neighbours.
