Knowledge is Power is a party game where we – alone or with other players - take part in various quizzes. It was developed by one of Sony’s internal studios. The game is kind of a spiritual successor of the Buzz! series that was released on PlayStation 2 and later on PSP and PlayStation 3. The game uses the PlayLink app that connects our smartphone or tablet with our console. We take part in a tournament that checks our knowledge in all kinds of fields of science and culture. The game offers hundreds of randomly selected questions. We can play alone or with up to five more additional players in local or online multiplayer.

An cooperative adventure detective thriller game developed by Supermassive Games. Hidden Agenda is based on popular movies and TV series of this genre. It tells the story of two female protagonists: a policewoman and a district attorney who are on the track of a serial killer. Up to five players can participate in the game, although it is also possible to play the title alone. All players are using a special phone app called PlayLink. By using the action cards displayed on the smartphone and by playing according to the game’s instructions, the players are influencing the whole plot by deciding the fate of the protagonists and the victims of the killer. The choices of the group determine who will die and who will survive. The title features a large variety of different endings.

A social quiz game by Sony Interactive Entertainment. The game utilizes the mobile app PlayLink, which means that you require a phone or a tablet with either Android or iOS. The game needs to be played by at least two people, using one TV set or via the Internet. The gameplay consists of answering questions regarding the other players, such as “Who would laugh at their teacher's lame joke?” From time to time you also have to fulfill random orders, take photos, and draw simple pictures. The answers given by the players are shown on screen as pleasant animations.

A collection of party and arcade mini-games, created by Sony company in cooperation with Dutch studio NapNok for up to four players. The players start their adventure with Frantic by choosing one of two animal avatars that will represent them in a virtual world. Then they compete with each other in various arcade challenges, most of which require not only skill and good reactions, but more than anything they test wits and the ability to bluff. The game requires each player to possess their own tablet or smartphone with PlayLink application installed, since it is used to interact with characters on TV screen and perform tasks and challenges. It is up to players to decide if they want to cooperate or compete with each other on their way to victory.
