Private Nurse is a typical adventure game from the Land of Cherry Blossom, designed for an adult recipient. The program contains numerous elements of a sexual nature, often dangerously close to the border of good taste. Developers took care of the characteristic visual setting, made in Japanese manga style (both static images and animated sequences) and implemented a music track properly adjusted to the climate.

The storyline tells the story of a young man named Hiroki Rikido, who, due to his numerous physical weaknesses, devotes himself exclusively to study and walks on the home-school-to-house route in the company of his long-standing friend, Ayano Miyamori. One day, Maria, a private nurse, appears suddenly in the grey life of the main protagonist, who is supposed to take care of the boy's condition for a month. However, young people value independence very much and do their best to have a guardian at all costs. Ultimately, they both set a ten-day trial period with the option to extend the contract after the patient's health has been improved. In addition, Mio Sasho, a school hygienist, is involved in the whole intrigue, apart from her colleague mentioned above. Thus, three interesting love lines with one common point are created.
