PolyRace is a futuristic racing game for PC, inspired by titles like F-Zero, TrackMania, and Race the Sun. This is the first project of French development studio BinaryDream. Plug In Digital, known for releasing such games as Type:Rider, WRC Powerslide, and Beyond Space, is the publisher of PolyRace.

Mechanics

Players take control of vehicles from the future called hovercrafts by the developers. There are four models that differ in steering and handling. You can expect exciting and rapid gameplay, no matter which machine you decide to choose. They scamper at huge speed on procedurally generated levels set in forests, mountains, and more. The action takes place in three main types of environments – arctic, desert, and land.

Game modes

PolyRace for PC offers a few game modes. The developers prepared single player, an option of racing ghosts of other players, and special missions and challenges in the Race of the Day.
