Continuation of the simulation and logic game of the independent Dry Cactus studio. In Poly Bridge 2 we play the role of a bridge constructor, and the game consists in leading all vehicles to a destination separated by a river.

Poly Bridge 2 is the second installment in a series of simulation and logic games based on physics, in which we play the role of a bridge builder. The game - like the first part - was developed by a small, independent Dry Cactus studio.

Mechanics

Poly Bridge 2 is accurate with the gameplay mechanics designed for the first part. The gameplay consists of building bridges, thanks to which vehicles can be successfully driven across the river. The game requires the player to think logically and the available levels vary in complexity.

When constructing a structure, various factors must be taken into account in order to avoid collapsing the bridge under the weight of larger vehicles, or to last long enough for them to come to the other side. Physics plays an important role in game.

The game includes new levels and mechanics that make the gameplay more varied. As in the previous section, we are limited by a pre-defined budget when building bridges and structures.

Game modes

Poly Bridge 2 only offers single player gameplay. The game also offers an extensive editor with Steam Workshop support, where you can share your levels with other players.

Technical aspects

The graphic design, which preserves the style of the original, has been polished accordingly. But one of the manufacturer's main goals was to improve the engine in terms of physics, which is now less unpredictable.

The game has also been given a new soundtrack to suit the light atmosphere of the game.
