Police Quest 3: The Kindred PC

In Lytton a new madman appeared, who commits ritual murders. The police find victims with the pentagram cut on their breasts, the investigation is limited only to identifying subsequent bodies. Our hero, who in the meantime had the misfortune to get married, returns to the police station after a honeymoon and as a sergeant, starts to work hard.

Police Quest 3 is the last game in the series in which the retired policeman Jim Walls had his fingers and once again managed to maintain a high level of product. In many ways The Kindred is similar to the first part of the game. Although the case of the Angel of Death brought us the desired promotion, we again get behind the wheel of a police radio vehicle and set off to patrol the streets. The action is as passionate as it is in the TV series Drogowka - our task is to stick fines for too fast or too slow driving, arrest drunk drivers and similar nonsense. While performing routine activities, we suddenly find out that our newly baked wife has become another object of cultists' attack, and at this point, the game takes a completely different turn. Only our investigation will determine whether it will be possible to include the murderer sought, and whether Marie will come out of this whole.

The Kindred is the first title in the series, which has lived to see VGA graphics and icon-based interface. Thanks to this, the product has hit the slopes of players who require much more than 16-colour EGA and text-based command entry. All fans of Police Quest will certainly welcome the information that the arduous trials and procedural codes that are necessary if we think of any arrests have not been abandoned. A new computer has appeared at the police station in Lytton to store the evidence of a serial murderer. It is with its help that the places of massacre should be marked, creating the already famous pentagram pattern. The symbol became cult among adventure fans mainly due to the fact that they never managed to draw it accurately.
