Polda 5 is the fifth installment of a series of adventures by the Czech studio Zima Software. Players will get to know the adventures of the policeman Pankraca, who gets entangled in a confusing intrigue leading through different epochs of time. Will a nice hero manage to save humanity, or at least a few beauties? The title is a sequel to Time Guard from 2002.

Three years after the release of Polda 4, which is also known as Time Guard, developers from the Zima Software studio have prepared a continuation of the adventure cycle, which enjoys great recognition in the Czech Republic and Slovakia.

The main hero of Pold 5 is again a policeman Pankrac. One day a good-looking law enforcement officer finds a mysterious parcel under his door. Unaware of the danger, he pulls out a pocket knife and... activates the time-bomb mechanism. Players have the task of helping him to travel through several historical eras and safely return home, and at the same time save the world and a few beautiful women.

The game in Polda 5 is based on solutions from the previous part of the cycle. As befits a classic adventure with a point&click interface, the game is mainly about exploring locations, talking to independent heroes and solving various logical riddles. The plot is full of humorous elements, including references to historical facts and phenomena of mass culture.
