A free-to-play MMORPG with a third person camera. PlayM2M is set in a fantasy world and was inspired by the MMOs from the beginning of the 21st century. The game features an open world, multiple mounts, an option to start our own guild and various playable professions. We can play in PvE and PvP modes.

PlayM2M is an MMORPG game, designed in a style reminiscent of productions of this type from the beginning of the 21st century. This Turkish-Hungarian project is the result of a collaboration between Laniatus Studio and Horlandor company. It takes us to a fantasy world that we must save from the hellish beast - Nasfary. The game is available in a free-to-play model with microtransactions.

Gameplay

In PlayM2M we watch the action from a third-person perspective (TPP).

Our character

We take control of a self-created character representing the profession and dynasty chosen by us. While Rasan are mages and mystics, Teven are made up of warriors and strategists, Rahun lies on the border of tradition and innovation, and Solon are masters of trade and diplomacy.

Game world, its inhabitants and quests

The open world of the game consists of outdoor locations (from wilderness to villages and cities), as well as various dungeons and labyrinths. We can travel the land both on foot and on the back of one of the mounts (there are also flying creatures like griffins, which we can ride). Along the way, we get to know its inhabitants and their related stories, as well as carry out quests.

Combat and character development

We often have to go into battle, and the profession we choose determines the weaponry and fighting style of our character. The battles take place in real time and are dynamic in nature. Success depends not only on the tactics we choose, but also on our agility and speed.

As we progress, we develop the character, improving their combat skills, as well as acquiring better equipment (weapons and armor) or improving the already owned gear with the help of the crafting system implemented in the game.

Game modes

PlayM2M offers only multiplayer mode and we can choose between PvE and PvP variants. It is possible to have duels with other players on specially prepared arenas.

The game is not trying to prevent us from playing as a lone wolf, but a better option might be to create a guild or join one of the existing ones. Together with other players, we can traverse the land and face dangers, led by the world's bosses. The game also allows us to compete with other, hostile guilds.
