Playboy: The Mansion - Private Party is an addition to Cyberlore Studios' 2005 release of Playboy: The Mansion by Groove Games, which allowed us to play the role of Hugh Hefner.

Playboy: The Mansion – Private Party is an expansion to Playboy: The Mansion, a game created by Cyberlore Studios and released by Groove Games (Ubisoft in Europe) in 2005. The title lets you assume the role of Hugh Hefner, the founder of Playboy magazine, and build an erotic empire.

Similarly to the base game, the add-on combines life simulation, resembling the bestselling series The Sims, with elements of economic strategy. You manage your financial empire, expand your mansion, and throw big, luxurious parties.

You do all this by giving instructions to your employees. As befits a real playboy, you do not have to go outside your huge manor. This is where you make photo shoots, interview famous people for the magazine, and oversee the graphic and factual side of each issue.
