Game mechanics

In Pixelshire we observe the action from a top-down view. At first, we focus on our own farm, which we can customize to our individual needs and preferences, sculpting the landscape and expanding and improving the house. We can not only grow plants and raise animals on it, but also open our own store. Besides, nothing stands in the way of concentrating on one of the available professions, such as fishing, cooking or brewing.

However, our possibilities do not end here, because on our shoulders rests also the task of developing the entire town, inhabited by various characters. For the latter we also build houses, designing and modifying their appearance. To ensure the best possible relationship with the residents, each of whom has their own personality, we must help them in their daily work and solve their problems. In this way, we can not only gain friends, but even... a soul mate. Moreover, nothing stands in the way of inviting them to escapades together.

The world of the game doesn't end with the town. On the contrary, the game gives us a vast land that we can freely explore. Exploring the dense forests, mountain canyons and gloomy underground, we fight with enemies, obtain valuable items and obtain the resources necessary for crafting. The game world is procedurally generated, and its structure changes every time we cross the border of the so-called magic mist.
