Pilgrim Description
Pilgrim is the first part of an adventure trilogy created by Arxel Tribe, with the participation of Brazilian writer Paulo Coelho. The trilogy also includes games: The Legend of the prophet and the assassin and Secrets of Alamut. The year 1208 Templar Marc brings from one of the Crusades a mysterious Coptic manuscript claiming that it is the original version of the Gospel according to St. John. The brutal attack on his life, however, means that the document is in the hands of Adelard de Lancrois, the leader of one of the French secret groups. He also dies on his deathbed asking his son Simon to hand over the paper to a friend named Petrus, who lives in Toulouse. A young boy sets off on a journey.... chased by the inquisitors of Pope Innocent III, his father's zauszniki, and finally by simple bad luck. With it, players experience a great adventure, getting to know the very original, but very interesting face of the 13th century.
- Location and character designs were created by Moebius, a French artist to whom we owe "The Fifth Element", "The Alien", "The Abyss" and "Willow".
- Atmospheric music additionally emphasizes the characteristic atmosphere of the epoch.
- The program includes an extensive Medieval Encyclopedia.
