Another game from the famous Phantasy Star series, this time in a version for a portable Sony console. The product offers a lot of fun for up to 4 people.
Phantasy Star Portable is a transfer of the world known from Phantasy Star Universe (PC, Xbox 360, PlayStation 3) and Ambition of the Illuminus (Xbox 360, PlayStation 3) to the PSP console. Alfa System is responsible for the creation of this work and the publisher is SEGA.
The title is not a direct conversion of a story known from larger consoles, because the creators prepared a lot of modifications and created a plot, which takes place after the events known from the previous part. So we can discover many new elements, learn about surprising threads that complement the whole story, meet unprecedented characters and, of course, face dangerous monsters.
In Phantasy Star Portable we play the role of a hero who finishes his studies and sets out on a mission. His companion is Vivienne, an advanced android created by GRM corporation. Vivienne has extraordinary analytical skills. On their way, our wards will face Helga, who is responsible for the rebellion of protective robots in the human colony. At the heart of the game is an extremely dynamic fight.
Unlike previous titles in this series, the Sony Portable Console version does not offer Internet entertainment. This does not mean, however, that you cannot play with your friends - quite the contrary. Up to 4 people can play with each other on a wireless (local) network, going through the story together and discovering the secrets of the universe created by the Alfa System studio. Playing alone we get companions controlled by artificial intelligence.
The authors prepared 3 professions and 4 races to choose from. We will arm our characters with about 150 new items and weapons. In online mode, you can use characters created and developed even if you're having fun alone. The game offers a very nice and colorful graphics maintained in a characteristic manga style. In addition, the authors took care of comfortable control and trouble-free operation of the camera.
