Trinity 2 is an action-RPG online game created by Studio Hon. The action was set in a world combining fantasy elements and technology. Players create their own hero by selecting from 12 available classes and then take part in spectacular battles with characters led by computer artificial intelligence or live opponents.

The story of this add-on focuses on the powerful wizard known to many as Saruman, who is trying to come into possession of the Ring of Power. During the game, the player can visit new locations such as the gigantic tower of Orthanc, from where the wizard issues the orders for his minions, territories of Dunland inhabited by belligerent Dunlendings, and the Gap of Rohan.

In the game, we assume the role of a knight in service of a powerful sect, Avadon, and our task is to protect the alliance formed by five grand nations. The hero we control can be a representative of one of four available classes and he is joined by non-player characters so we travel the world in a 3-member party.
