Madmind Studio's game is a survival horror that combines a story for adults with brutal gameplay. The events on the screen are observed from the first-person perspective. The game has a simple combat system, but the hero is more often forced to hide than participate in fights. It is worth noting that hallucinations tormenting the protagonist can be dealt with by using drugs, but there is a risk of overdose. The production offers three endings depending on the decisions made and the playstyle.

The game offers a realistic visual setting. Madmind Studio took care of the right mood and atmosphere of the locations, placing the player in the very center of the claustrophobic apartment. Graphics are characterized by sparse lighting and frequent use of depth of field. Paranoid is aimed exclusively at adult players.
