A third-person online extraction shooter with low poly graphics. In Outlawed players form teams and end up in a city controller by the gangs, fighting for the loot with each other. The game features a large open map, an extensive arsenal with gadgets, as well as various usable vehicles.
Outlawed is an extraction shooter, set in a gangster theme. The game was developed by the independent team Okami Studio from Singapore.
In Outlawed we watch the action from a first-person perspective (FPP).
The game takes us to a city that has been taken over by gangs. During the game, we are divided into teams and we try to collect as many valuables as possible and reach the evacuation point in one piece (because otherwise the loot we have gathered is lost).
The gameplay takes place on an open map with an area of 9 square kilometers, where we can find a city center and suburbs, as well as highways and landscapes. The search for loot is complicated by the presence of our colleagues from the same profession, who share our goal, as well as local gangs, who are bothered by our presence.
Skirmishes with opponents are a daily occurrence here, and we eliminate enemies by making use of an arsenal that includes firearms and various combat gadgets. The game allows us to modify weapons, choosing magazines, silencers, grips, scopes and other accessories. We can also customize the appearance of weapons using skins.
In addition to this, we have first aid kits and explosives on our forearm. We can also make use of parachutes and zip lines that allow us to move quickly through the air, as well as land, water and air transport vehicles (from cars, through boats, to helicopters), facilitating exploration. The icing on the cake is the ability to use reconnaissance drones or to call in airstrikes.
We can play Outlawed only in multiplayer mode over the Internet. The game is based on PvPvE rules, and the participants cooperate with each other within teams and compete with the remaining squads, while also facing opponents controlled by AI.
The graphic design of Outlawed is based on a small number of polygons (low poly technique).
