We are talking about coaching the team, searching for talents, supervising the games themselves, as well as the line-up or financial aspects of the club's activity. The stadium-building mechanic known from Out of the Park Baseball 22 also returns.

It is worth noting that the player is not limited to the current season - for the first time in the history of the series we can manage any club known from the extensive history of the sport. In the case of the newest games, the game also makes use of the LIVE mechanics known from the previous part, which allows for real-time monitoring of the results of matches played in the ongoing season and adjusting players' statistics depending on their behaviour during matches.

In the latest installment, the gameplay has been refined and more customisable, and the interface has been modified to make it more accessible (including drag-and-drop mechanics). Options for recruiting new players have also been improved, and more activities and strategies have been added.
