The player enters the action when another patient appears in the clinic and takes control of everything. The second of them, however, are not operations presented realistically, but in a playful, drawing form, in the form of various, entertaining and funny dexterity games taking place e.g. in the stomach, lungs and other organs. The game offers five different operating theatres and 25 different patients who need to be cared for and relieved of their suffering.
