Oil Tycoon is a strategy and economic game created for keen economists who want to taste great power and really big money, which, as we know from our history, is best and fastest to make money on oil trade, after all called black gold. We start the game with a small company looking for a place to extract oil and if we show cunning, intuition and a good deal of knowledge about international trade, we will become a great oil shackle like J R Ewing. But it's not going to be that easy, because Oil Tycoon is an advanced and detailed simulation of almost all aspects of this type of project.

Finding oil deposits is a problem in itself, and on top of that we also have the right equipment with machines and workers, without whom we will not be able to extract the valuable raw material. We have to sell it later on at a profit. As if that wasn't enough, we are still under constant attack from our fierce competitors. To sum up, the road to becoming the next Rockefeller is very difficult.
