A simulation game developed by German company Aerosoft. In Emergency Call 112 - The Fire Fighting Simulation the player assumes the role of a firefighter posted to a fictional city, which is open for exploration. As you play, you take part in a various rescue operations – starting with road accidents, through cleaning toxic spills, to putting down fires of houses and industrial compounds.

Emergency Call 112 – The Fire Fighting Simulation for PC is – as the title suggests – a simulation game developed and published by German company Aerosoft, which has already created several games of the kind, focused on airplanes, or buses. This time, the player has a chance to take control over a unit of firefighters, modeled after the fire service from Mülheim, Germany. The game offers several dozen missions, which require the player to react in face of various emergencies.

Mechanics

The developers of Emergency Call 112 - The Fire Fighting Simulation for PC put much effort to meticulously recreating the equipment used by firefighters, starting with modern vehicles, uniforms, and gear, such as hoses, or hydraulic lifts. They made sure that the scenarios are as close to real-life events as possible. Therefore, you help clear away traffic accidents involving cars and trucks, neutralize toxic spills, do the relief work after natural disasters as well as fight fires of houses and industrial compounds. Missions are characterized by various levels of difficulty – the easiest ones are things like a hedgegrow set on fire during a family barbecue in the backyard. To each of those you must select proper gear (let’s say the LF24 truck) and team as well as designate the fastest route to the emergency.
