The second episode of a conventional point-and-click adventure game based on the works of an Italian writer Valerio Evangelisti. Developed by Ticon Blu and published by Microids (a French company), the game continues the story of the Spanish inquisitor, Nicolas Eymerich. The second episode is set in a small village known as Calcares, which has been overrun by powerful demons.

Nicolas Eymerich The Inquisitor: Book II – The Village for PC is the second episode of a conventional adventure game based on the works of an Italian writer Valerio Evangelisti. Similar to the first installment, the game was developed by a small studio Ticon Blu and published by a French company Microids that specializes in this genre.

Plot

Again, the player takes on the role of Nicolas Eymerich – a Spanish inquisitor who is totally devoted to the cause of the Church and the Dominican Order he is part of. In the second episode, the protagonist is asked to investigate the alleged manifestations of heresy in a small village known as Calcares. It soon turns out that the place is overrun with the most dangerous demons Eymerich has ever encountered. In order to get the village out of the devil's hands, the inquisitor will have to first discover dark secrets that have remained concealed by the local community.
