Need for Russia 3 is the third part of the series of arcade car races, reminiscent of Soviet and Russian road legends. This time players have the opportunity to drive cars resembling Chevrolet Niva, GAZ Siber or Lada Kalina. Following the earlier editions of the series, developers from the K-Tech Development Team have prepared various routes and several modes of fun.
Need for Russia 3 Description
Need for Russia 3 is a proposal of K-Tech Development Team and Play-publishing company addressed to car enthusiasts from abroad. Two earlier editions of the cycle were devoted to classic cars from the USSR. In the next game, the creators decided to move forward and introduce models of cars produced after the perestroika period.
The player again plays the role of the driver, who fights for the title of the wheel master. This time 7 cars based on the model were made available to him: Chevrolet Niva, Volga 31105, Volga Siber, Lad Kalina, Lad Revolution, UAZ Patriot and Sputnik 2108. The lack of official manufacturer's licenses allowed the creators a lot of freedom in body tuning. Vehicles can be beautified by adding, among other things, additional piping.
The gameplay has retained its characteristic dexterity style. With no damage system, virtual drivers don't have to be afraid of collisions with other vehicles. They can also develop dizzying speeds on asphalt roads as well as in heavy terrain.
From the visual side Need for Russia 3 presents itself better than the previous versions of the cycle, but still the graphics in the game is far from modern standards. This can be seen especially in the models of cars composed of a relatively small number of polygons and the uninteresting environment of the routes.
