National Geographic: Herod's Lost Tomb PC

Herod's Lost Tomb is a puzzle game about the mysterious treasures of King Herod the Great. This production was carried out in cooperation with National Geographic.

The game allows you to take part in an amazing expedition to the Middle East and get to know the secrets of King Herod the Great. The game consists in finding treasures hidden in particular locations, which were presented in the form of professional photographs taken by reporters of the renowned National Geographic. At the bottom of the screen, the names of various objects are displayed, and our task is to point them at richly equipped backgrounds. If we find all the elements, we are awarded a special exclusive film material from the Lost Herod Tomb programme.

The title allows us to visit and comb through as many as 16 completely different places. In many of them we will also take part in one of the five addictive and easy-to-learn mini-games. The number of valuables and valuable objects to discover is huge - in total there are more than a thousand of them. In addition, the authors have prepared a map of the whole available area and a few extras, such as a metal detector, thanks to which we can discover the deepest hidden treasures. A torch is also a big facilitation - it illuminates a troublesome object for a moment, so you can easily find it.

The whole was made very carefully, so the audiovisual setting of the game can delight, mainly due to the already mentioned excellent photos of professional photographers and reporters. Despite this, production does not require powerful computers and will work well on older PCs.
