Story
Narcos: Rise of the Cartels presents the events shown in the first season of the original series. As they take control of the Medellin Cartel or the DEA (American drug agency) officers, the players follow a story narrated by El Patron, the infamous Pablo Escobar.
Mechanics
In Narcos: Rise of the Cartels the action is shown in isometric projection. The main element of the game are turn-based fights with enemies, in which success is ensured by skillful use of resources and objects present on the battlefield.
