This simple program helps you easily burn the unwanted fat. This requires you to follow the instructions suggested by My Health Coach: Weight Management. You start up by creating a profile to which the game ascribes an appropriate training regime. This is presented in a form of a daily schedule, based on the answers you gave while creating the profile. The program also gives you the essential information on calories in the meals you eat and tips on how particular fruits and vegetables may impact your health condition. The effects of you training can be reviewed in weekly statistics generated by the game.
My Health Coach: Weight Management offers different therapies, such as physical activity and diet. Moreover, the game features mini-games and quizzes that can help you relax and keep in mind the importance of everyday training of body and spirit. One of the extra functions is pedometer, which counts steps you make every day.
The graphics in My Health Coach: Weight Management are very simple, mostly consisting of plain drawings, which present results of your training. The console’s screen mostly displays tables and statistics from your training.
