My Fitness Coach is a virtual coach that aims to help users get and stay fit, by planning and instructing them through daily training sessions. The product was created by Respondesign Studio and released by Ubisoft. In terms of game mechanics, the title resembles another popular game Wii Fit.

Many of us know well how hard it is to find inner motivation for physical exercises. My Fitness Coach developers offer you a helpful hand in this, having created a virtual coach who motivates you to start moving in your living room.

Your virtual coach shows you how to perform particular moves, gives you hints and tries to motivate you. There are 500 different exercises in total, such as stretching, aerobics, etc. The game offers a variety of settings, such as duration and frequency of individual exercises in a training session. Besides, the program features different backgrounds and music for your training. Your progress is presented in clear charts.

The game sports nice-looking and clear audiovisuals. The interface is user-friendly, so no one should have much trouble with navigation. It takes just a couple of questions to set the type of training and your capabilities.
