Moto X Maniac, released on PC and PS2, was developed by Phoenix Games. The developer decided to make a video game that reflects the atmosphere of real competitions, while, at the same time, providing an immense experience from virtual riding enduro motorcycles.
Mechanics
In Moto X Maniac, the player can play as one of the contenders for the title of motocross champion. The competition takes place on several tracks, varying in terms of appearance, terrain and location of obstacles. Both speed and driving technique play an equally important role.
Game modes
Moto X Maniac offers two game modes, allowing to participate in a time trial or opponents controlled by AI (quick race). The controls in the game are characterized by great simplicity, and almost complete resignation from simulation elements allows you to fully focus on the emotions associated with the competition.
Technical aspects
The graphics in Moto X Maniac are largely based on solutions known, for example, from Pro Biker 2. The quality of three-dimensional graphics is far from modern standards and leaves no illusions that the game belongs to the category of low-budget products.
