Unusual dexterity game, in which we catch and train monsters. We then exhibit our monster for races, reminiscent of classic two-dimensional platformers.

Monster Racers is a dynamic arcade game, offering the opportunity to enter the competition with the title monsters. It combines elements of racing games and two-dimensional platformers. The only target platform for Monster Racers is the Nintendo DS console.

The overall gameplay is in many ways similar to products from the Pokemon series. The player takes on the role of a trainer, traveling around the world and searching for monsters that suit his tastes. The monster found must first be caught, taking into account a number of important factors, including the environment in which it lives. Initially, the player can only explore areas with weaker monsters. Only in the next phase of the game does it become possible to visit more dangerous areas.

A caught monster gradually learns and then trains, developing their valuable skills. With a large and strong group you can enter various tournaments, competing with other coaches and their charges. As has already been said, these skirmishes resemble races. The controlled animals move to the right edge of the screen, jumping to the next platform and avoiding various types of obstacles. Basic characteristics such as speed, jumping speed and reaction time play an important role here. The goal is to unlock the chances of participating in prestigious world championships, where the best coaches compete with each other.
