Mobile Suit Gundam: Extreme Vs. Full Boost is an extended and improved version of the tenth installment of the popular in Japan fighting cycle, allowing players to take on the role of moss pilots known from series, films and comic strips from the Gundama universe. As in the case of Mobile Suit Gundam: Extreme Vs, work on its refreshed edition was conducted in Namco Bandai development studios. Production since the end of 2012 has been tested in Japanese gaming salons, where it continues to beat the most famous battles in popularity rankings, such as Street Fighter IV, BlazBlue or Marvel vs. Capcom 3. The title contains all the gameplay balancing patches, as well as a number of options introduced at the request of players, such as the ability to modify the appearance of the interface. There were also several dozen new models of mosses and another portion of mission for the singleleplayer mode.

In Mobile Suit Gundam: Extreme Vs. Full Boost we sit at the helm of several dozen of mosses, appearing in practically all the most important gundam series, which were created during more than thirty years of the brand's existence. The game does not have a feature mode, but the creators have prepared many missions, recreating the most important moments in the plot of individual television series.

Producers have put at the disposal of players several different game modes. In basic - arcade - we fight against stronger and stronger teams to finally face a powerful boss. In training mode we check the combinations of movements and get used to the combat system. In any fight we set the rules of the duel in which we participate. Challenge mode allows you to participate in missions unlocking additional bonuses in the game. In online gameplay, on the other hand, we measure forces with opponents from all over the world.

During the game we take part in duels of two-person teams. In singleleplayer, the second player is controlled by AI. We are fighting in large three-dimensional arenas, and the action is observed from the perspective of a third person. As in the case of the best representatives of the species, apart from the standard range of movements (jumps, running, etc.), we can perform complex combo and spectacular special movements. Depending on the chosen model, the mosses have different weapons - white and energetic weapons, rockets, etc. It has limited ammunition and the number of uses. Robots also differ in strength and speed. Full Boost version introduces new types of special attacks and modifies the performance and abilities of some mosses.

Before the fight we choose two members of our team. Each, depending on the force, is assigned a value from 1000 to 3000 points. We always have 6000 points to distribute. If you choose two robots costing 1000, when one of them is destroyed during the battle, it can be returned to the battlefield at least 4 times more, using a spare pool of points. Having two strong matches, on which we spent 3000 points each, we no longer have such a possibility and after destroying one of them we lose the duel. Players must therefore match the team to their style of play and the tactics of the opponent.

Multiplayer mode allows you to play two people on a split screen and play on the Internet. In the network we can take part in duels and tournaments, and thanks to winnings we can gain experience, thanks to which we develop the possibilities of the most frequently used mosses.

The graphic design of the production should appeal to all Gundama fans. Robot models are accurate and full of detail. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said about arenas. The game works very smoothly, even in the hottest moments, which is especially important in the case of fights.
