First-person perspective adventure game set in a surreal reality, which is a product of human imagination. The title was developed by Carlos Coronado, who became known as the creator of modifications to Left 4 Dead 2. The main character of the game is a man trapped in his own mind, trying to return to reality.

MIND: A Path to Thalamus is a First Person Puzzler that throws you into a fantastic and surreal environment. You will bend the natural elements to your will in order to progress in this emotive, mindbending tale.

This new First Person Puzzler throws the player into a fantastical and surreal environment that allows them to bend the natural elements to their will. It's creator is Carlos Coronado, the man behind “Warcelona”, one of the most renowned campaigns for Left 4 Dead 2, with more than 1,000,000 combined downloads and a 96/100 rating at L4DMaps.

MIND: Path to Thalamus is the spiritual successor to COMA, an unreleased project partially led and started by Carlos Coronado. GameElitist considered this previous incarnation “a gorgeous Indie Puzzler that promises an adult story”, while PCGamer described its environment as a “beautiful but troubling pace to be”. While MIND is a new undertaking solely developed by Coronado, it employs some of the assests and mechanics he had conceived for that original project.
