Metathrone is a science fiction-based action game with elements of sneaking and first person shooter (FPP). The plot presents a vision of the world in which people coexist with the mysterious Alta. However, peace between the two races is endangered when an unexpectedly powerful artifact - the title Megathrone - is discovered. The game was produced by Orion Software studio.

Metathrone combines dynamic FPS and stealth-action in an alternative anime universe which is home to two races: developed and advanced humans co-exist with the people of Alta, who have chosen a different evolutionary path. Their struggle surrounds the Metathrone, a mysterious artifact of the GIA, a powerful ancient race. The Metathrone was lost for many centuries and later discovered at the arc spaceship together with its original owners. This fatal revelation breaks the peace. The Humans found themselves at the edge of a great war with Alta so kind and peaceful before. The battle for the Metathrone has begun…

Game features:

A bright, original setting, featuring scientific technology, mystique, virtual reality and anime artwork;

Main character - a hacker - evades open conflict with enemies and defeats them with their own weapons by reprogramming security systems and turning giant robots against their owners;

Players become immersed in engrossing gameplay with a variety of weapons and stealth battles with security systems and logic-based mini games;

Players can employ ancient superpowers mastered by ancient non-human civilizations, such as pyrokinesis and telekinesis.
