Mechanics

In Metal Revolution the action is shown from the side perspective. The game revolves around the aforementioned arena battles featuring contestants face (both robots and hybrids of humans and machines) diversified in terms of appearance, skills, and fighting style. In addition, following the example of the Mortal Kombat series, each character has his or her own finisher. In comparison to many other fighting games, this title stands out thanks to its simplified controls system and easy to master combo system. The game uses interesting mechanics that allow players to quickly move from block to counter-attack.

Game modes

Metal Revolution can be played alone or against other players (over the Internet or on a split screen). Although there was no story mode in the premiere version, the developers added it in one of the updates.

Technical aspects

Metal Revolution has colorful, three-dimensional visuals maintained in cartoon-like style. Individual attacks are accompanied by spectacular streaks, flashes, and other visual effects. The pace of the battle is additionally intensified by the dynamic soundtrack.
