MechWarrior is the return of a well-known series about the battles of giant mosses. Production takes place in the BattleTech world created by FASA in 1984. So far there are four parts of the game and a few add-ons. The new MechWarrior was developed by Piranha Games studio and is a kind of refreshment of the brand.
The game takes us to the year 3015 to the planet Deshler. The action takes place before events known from other parts of the series. We play Adrian Khol, a rather carefree pilot. One day the House Kurit faction attacks, in which the whole family of the hero dies. He decides to fight and avenge his loved ones, of course sitting at the helm of a powerful moss.
MechWarrior is primarily a dynamic battlefield and a system of title classes of machines. They are divided into several types - from extremely light to the heaviest models. Each of them is characterized by different mobility, acceleration, transferred weapons and additional equipment. The missions of the solo campaign have been designed so that players can choose their favourite type of mecha and use its specific abilities.
The creators have prepared an extensive campaign for a single player and a four-person cooperation mode. During the game we also develop our character and change the weaponry of the mosses, using also optional equipment (such as probes). Network mode complements solo gameplay.
