Matchbox Driving Adventures

Matchbox Driving Adventures is an arcade racing game developed by Casual Brothers studio and Outright Games company – both entities specialize in low-budget projects under various recognizable licenses. This game was created using the rights to a toy brand, which was established in 1953 and in 1997 became the property of Mattel Corporation.

Gameplay

In Matchbox Driving Adventures we take on a variety of tasks, driving a dozen or so vehicles, including off-road vehicles, delivery vans and a fire truck. Depending on the chosen vehicle, different missions await us, such as extinguishing fires, delivering packages, or chasing fugitives (usually imagined as a timed drive through checkpoints).

The action takes place on six maps: city, beach, mountains, arctic, jungle and volcano. Apart from missions, we can freely explore them in adventure mode. Moreover, a number of routes have been designed on the maps. We can compete in four gameplay variants and fight for the best place in the online rankings. For achieving good results in missions, we receive medals, which are used to unlock subsequent vehicles.

Split-screen co-op

Besides the singleplayer mode, Matchbox Driving Adventures allows to compete or cooperate with friends on a split screen.
