Mass Destruction is a dynamic action game in which we sit at the helm of a tank and set off alone against foreign armed forces, acting on behalf of the enemy Republican Army. A military organization needs to be destroyed as soon as possible before it can further undermine the global order.

There are three tanks to choose from in the game. Each of them moves at different speeds and has a different degree of resistance to damage. The battlefield is presented in isometric projection, which allows for an in-depth analysis of the events on the screen and a quick reaction to an incoming threat. Among others, the programme distinguishes itself by an extremely desolate environment, a fast-paced action, as well as an uncomplicated storyline, which is here a more pretext for the hay of unimaginable destruction.

Creators of the game tried to make the realities in which we had to fight armored clashes, to be appropriately interactive. Nothing stands in the way of blowing up even an insignificant tree, not to mention the buildings, which sometimes can even be levelled with the foundations. As you can easily guess, the spread of total destruction is accompanied by spectacular explosions and all kinds of sounds of collapsing structures or dying supporters of the enemy.

The story is divided into five separate campaigns, making up a total of more than twenty missions for a single player. Events throw our war-turned tank into the desert, and at other times move it to truly polar conditions. In addition, maps were prepared, typically urbanized, full of high office buildings, or swampy, with a troublesome topography. The range of tasks to be carried out is varied, although in fact they always push the player to the acts of plenary annihilation. Whether it's simply demolishing the enemy's critical installations, taking an agent or stopping a convoy, the way to the destination is still covered by explosions and the bodies of a torn infantry.

The weapons arsenal in Mass Destruction is quite impressive, as in addition to the standard, unlimited equipment (ordinary missiles + machine gun), additional means of destruction are also waiting to be discovered. Among the ruins, which we are creators of ourselves, one can find, for example, mortar missiles, flame thrower, rockets, demolition charges, and even splashes, literally sweeping everything around.

The only drawback of the game seems to be the outdated graphic design, which does not offer support for 3D acceleration, although the age of the product should be taken into account. Mass Destruction tries to make up for these deficiencies with its playability, which is certainly influenced by the ever-preserving gameplay.
