Mars Simulator 2011 Description
Mars Simulator 2011 is another production of the German studio Stonehill Games representing the simulator genre. This time the creators give us the opportunity to steer the space rover.
The action of the game takes place on the title Mars. We control a machine sent by people to explore the Red Planet. Our task is to provide useful information by collecting rock samples, drilling small boreholes, taking photos, etc. The robot is equipped with all kinds of instruments necessary to perform these activities - so we will use drills, cameras, pliers and other similar tools. During the game you should pay close attention to the changing weather conditions and energy supply, which is supplemented by solar panels.
The game does not impress with its graphic design, textures are not of the highest quality, and the environment is not overwhelming with the amount of details and design. Due to the location of the action, for most of the game we can see only sand and rocks, and all this was maintained in the characteristic for Mars rust-red color.
The production has a built-in encyclopedia of this planet, thanks to which we learn about its history, characteristics and various curiosities.
