The brand comes from Game Boy Advance, where in 2004 Nintendo's in-house studio prepared its first title. Interestingly, one of the manufacturers working on the first release was Shigeru Miyamoto himself, responsible for The Legend of Zelda, among others. He is also the creator of characters such as Mario and Donky Kong. The rest of the titles in this series were created for the Nintendo DS console and its variety. This is also the case with the Mini-Land Mayhem!
The game begins with the grand opening of a new amusement park. For the first hundred people there will be prizes - Pauline figures. Unfortunately, unlucky Donkey Kong is a bit late, which means that he reaches the gates as the first one hundred people. However, she has no intention of going away with anything - Pauline kidnaps and sets off into the park. Our task is, of course, to save the girl.
We do this by leading a host of small Mario figures through a series of stages. The creators predicted more than two hundred levels of varying difficulty. Controlled toys don't sin with intelligence, so it's our job to build footbridges on their way to avoid obstacles safely. We are often forced to steer Mario's toys so that they get the weapons they need at a given stage or collect as many coins as possible, scattered all over the place.
Bored with the maps prepared by Nintendo we can play in Construction Zone, a tool used to build our own levels. The locations created in this way can then be shared with friends through Wi-Fi.
Graphics in Mario vs. Donkey Kong: Mini-Land Mayhem! presents a high level. Everything is colourful and dynamic. The background is played by cheerful music and Mario still speaks with a characteristic accent.
