Mario vs. Donkey Kong Switch

Mario vs. Donkey Kong is a puzzle platformer developed by Nintendo, and a remake of a 2004 Game Boy Advance game of the same name.

Plot

Mario vs. Donkey Kong stars Mario, facing off against Donkey Kong to reclaim the stolen Mini-Mario toys.

Mechanics

Mario vs. Donkey Kong is a side-scroller. The game's stages are full of traps and obstacles,requiring agility and reflexes, jumping on platforms, using trampolines and avoiding danger. Mario's moveset is rather expansive, including hand-walking and swinging on bars.

There's also plenty of brainteasing in every stage. In order to collect all Mini-Mario toys in each level, we must solve puzzles, manipulating switches and conveyor belts to access secrets.

Each world concludes with a battle against Donkey Kong, who stands in the way to the next world. The game features various mini-games to provide more variety.

Mario vs. Donkey Kong supports singleplayer and co-op.

Technical aspects

Mario vs. Donkey Kong features high-quality visuals. The game retains the distinctive, cartoonish artstyle Mario games are known for.
