Magna Mundi: A Europa Universalis Game Description
Magna Mundi started out as one of the best mods for Europa Universalis III. For the purposes of commercial product development, the creator of the mod established his own full-fledged developer studio called Universo Virtual. The debut work of the studio is not just a polished mod, though, but a completely new product. Magna Mundi is based on the same solutions as the original game, but they are used as foundation for something completely new. The game was created from scratch without the use of any elements from the mod.
The plot of Magna Mundi starts as Constantinople falls, and goes on through the Renaissance and the times of established colonialism. As a ruler of one of over 300 available nations, you will shape history with your own hands and influence such events as the Reformation, the American War of Independence or the French Revolution. The game is characterized by complexity and incredible accuracy of the historical facts.
Magna Mundi is powered by the engine that was used for the first time in Europa Universalis III, but Universo Virtual implemented many significant changes and improvements in its core.
