Lufia: Curse of the Sinistrals is a remake of the second part of the Nintendo series released in 1995. Neverland studio once again started to develop, however, introducing some modifications in relation to the original.

The plot does not surprise with anything special. The title Sinistrals appear in four in the world, heralding annihilation and threatening to resurrect the ultimate evil that is to plunge all living beings. The main character, Maxim, who is a monster hunter's fachem, intends to prevent them from doing so. Together with his companions, he sets out into the world to stop the main threat once and for all.

The team consists of six playable characters to choose from, each of which has only specific skills and special attacks assigned to him/her. Winning more and more battles we gain experience, thanks to which our heroes are stronger and can face more and more demanding opponents. The battles take place in real time, and the amount of damage inflicted depends on the character's statistics.

During the game you can enjoy colorful, three-dimensional graphics, as on the capabilities of the Nintendo DS console looking really nice. The action is observed from a camera placed above the character, which slightly limits the field of vision. The clash with bosses can make a good impression, when our opponent takes up two console screens.
