Lucadian Chronicles

Lucadian Chronicles is a strategy card game set in a fantasy world. It was developed by Dark Roast Entertainment and is distributed only via digital channels. The basic version is available in the free-to-play to model, but unlocking its full content requires paying a one-time fee.

The plot of Lucadian Chronicles tells the story of a fictional kingdom of Lucadia which is inhabited by various races and factions. Due to a series of unforeseen events, the peaceful fantasy land is plunged into war. The players take control of heroes from various factions participating in the conflict, perform assigned tasks, and try to learn the truth about the cause of the war. The story is depicted in five acts, with each of them focusing on a different character.

Apart from the story campaign and a tutorial explaining all rules in detail, the developers have also prepared multiplayer modules, allowing for both asynchronous gameplay, as well as traditional online competition. In the former, the players fight in turns, having the possibility to stop playing at any given time and resume it whenever they wish. Lucadian Chronicles gives its users a chance not only to compete in single matches, but also in dedicated leagues and tournaments.
