Littlest Pet Shop: Winter is a game for girls aged 6-12, where we are busy interacting with playfully crafted pets in a winter setting. Meanwhile, you can earn new accessories and play simple mini-games.
Littlest Pet Shop is a production intended for girls of 6-12 years of age, based on the popular toys sold by Hasbro. The game offers the possibility to interact with the varied animals.
The main task of the player is to explore the surrounding area and to observe the life of the animals. These animals, with which you can play, come in 32 main variations. The gameplay takes place inside a magic pet shop or fictional worlds). In this DS version, the events occur in an animal square and in an icy land. Organizing parties for your animals, e.g. birthday parties, is an especially curious feature.
Collecting coins hidden in different places is also an important thing. The funds collected thanks to that are meant, first and foremost, to enhance the décor of the shop, choosing from over a hundred accessories. Moreover, you gain access to new sets.
Simple mini-games are another attraction in Littlest Pet Shop. Winning in those gives you access to new animals, among other things. Mini-games are divided into two groups: arcade and logic ones.
The graphics of Littlest Pet Shop are adjusted to the liking of the youngest gamers. It is noteworthy that the animals resemble the toy counterparts sold by Hasbro. The DS version undoubtedly looks worse than that for Wii console in terms of quality. It is worth mentioning, though, that the DS version supports the touch screen of the handheld and enables the players to observe the environment on two screens.
