Arcade car races with top-down view (from a bird's eye view), by the Spanish studio Milkstone. Players take on the role of participants in night races through the streets of a virtual metropolis and compete with other fast driving enthusiasts. The game offers several fun options, including online multiplayer mode for up to 12 people.

Little Racers: STREET is the work of Milkstone, a Spanish studio specializing mainly in simple Xbox 360 games distributed through Xbox Live Indie Games. The title is the second part of the series started in 2009 with Little Racers.

As befits a racing game, players take on the role of drivers who have a passion for high speed and spectacular slides that ignore safety and traffic regulations. The races take place during night on streets of a metropolis.

Mechanics

The driving model in the game has an arcade character. The physics engine takes into account the basic forces acting on cars (e.g. centrifugal force), as well as some phenomena related to weather conditions such as longer braking distances, reduced traction, etc.

Game modes

The career mode allows you to take part in a series of competitions in which you can gain fame and wealth. Thanks to the money gained from placing high in the races we can buy a new car (over 30 available) or make modifications to your existing one. The career mode in Little Racers: STREET is complemented by single races and time trials. Fans of racing with friends can try their hand at the multiplayer mode designed for up to 16 players.

Technical aspects

Unlike the first installment of the series, the developers from Milkstone Studios decided to use 3D graphics in Little Racers: STREET. However, the top-down view has been preserved.
