Lily Bergamo is the first Grasshopper Manufacture studio project to be completed after the acquisition of GungHo Online. The creators of such titles as Killer7, No More Heroes, Shadows of the Damned or Lollipop Chainsaw once again tempted themselves to play a dynamic action game with unconventional visual setting.

Lily Bergamo was set in 2043. The plot focuses on the adventures of Tae Ioroi. The young girl is a specialist in the fight against the use of white weapons, which makes her a perfect fighter of evil forces.

The essence of the game is spectacular battles, often with opponents of huge dimensions. Combat mechanics is based on solutions typical for hack'n'slash species, allowing, among other things, to derive effective combinations of blows, dodges and defenses.

Lily Bergamo is the first game in the achievements of Grasshopper Manufacture studio offering a multiplayer mode. Developers led by Yusuke Kozaki used solutions developed by GungHo Online, a company specializing in network productions. Noteworthy are also built-in cross-platform functions, including the ability to participate in the game via a smartphone.

Technically, Lily Bergamo uses the potential of the modern Unreal Engine 4 engine. The game's visual setting is maintained in the anime style, with the clearly contrasting colour combinations attracting attention.
