Liga Polska Manager 2005 is the seventh edition of a series of managerial strategies developed by MarkSoft and mGroup. The player again has the opportunity to play the role of manager of a football club playing in one of the three Polish leagues and thanks to his management skills to make his team reach for the highest football laurels.

The Liga Polska Manager series has been developed since the mid-1990s. Edition numbered 2005 is its seventh edition. According to an unwritten tradition, developers led by Mariusz Trzaska reached for proven solutions, which they enriched with several innovations.

The player again has the opportunity to play the role of manager of a football club. This time the choice can be made from nearly 200 authentic teams playing every day in three Polish leagues (first, second and third leagues).

According to the canon of most sports managers, the player starts the game with a modest budget and a very limited team of players. His tasks include determining the starting lineup and match tactics, imposing training regimes (or hiring a coach), guarding contracts and transferring players. The club's management activities, including stadium expansion, running a football school, fishing for talent, concluding sponsorship agreements, taking out loans and investing on the stock exchange, are also of great importance.
