Len's Island

Mechanics

In Len's Island we observe the action from a top-down view. Game offers us a vast open world. It consists of picturesque beaches, various settlements and gloomy underground. The game is driven by tasks given by the locals.

In the exploration of the island (and especially the tunnels spreading under it, full of enemies, obstacles, traps and puzzles waiting to be solved) we are disturbed by many enemies. Battles are dynamic, and we use both cold and ranged weapons, as well as magic. Risk often pays off, because by looking into every corner we can find new equipment or discover another secret of the place.

It doesn't end there, because the game features an extensive crafting system. Resources acquired along the way (the most valuable ones can be found where it's most dangerous, i.e. underground) can be used to create new equipment, construct various buildings (the elements of which can be selected from an extensive list), as well as repair damaged structures. We can also rest from dangerous escapades by cultivating the land. On our own field we can plant rare flowers for sale and edible plants, the benefits of which we'll take advantage of during subsequent expeditions into the unknown.
