The game is divided into two stages. In the first Larry sets out to look for women in whom he could arouse interest. In the second one, when after heavy trials he finally manages to take them to bed, always something or someone interrupts their sweet moments. The boldness of the love scenes appearing depends on the level of filtering set at the beginning of the game, when answering five questions to check the player's age. A surprising element is the ability to control a woman in love with Larry at the end of the game.

Mouse support has been introduced, unfortunately, despite more details, the graphics are still EGA in 16 colors. The plot is more spicy and addictive, but to the detriment of Larry's appearance, which does not resemble the characters from earlier parts of the game, has changed.
