Legends Of Dawn

Legends Of Dawn is an action-RPG, set in the brutal fantasy world of Narr, inspired by Slavic mythology. The game was created by an independent Croatian developer Dreamatrix Game Studios. The studio is known for projects like Happy Critters, Spaceforce Constellations, or Warmageddon.

Legends Of Dawn takes you to a Slavic fantasy world of Narr and lets you play as a representative of one of three races: a human, an elf, or a Danian. While traversing the land consisting of dozens of dungeons, camps, and even magical flying islands, you fight monsters, collect items, and develop your character. The game is characterized by its openness and lack of artificial borders - so you can go in any direction and perform missions in your own way. The developers prepared over 100 quests and 150 types of opponents.

The freedom in Legends Of Dawn is also evident in combat and character development. The game does not use a rigidly defined character classes, so you can decide whether your characters should used swords, bows, magic, or a combination of these styles. You can master up to 12 skills out of 36 available. The action is observed from above, so the game looks like a slow-paced hack & slash game.

Legends Of Dawn has also some other interesting features. The team of Dreamatrix Game Studios invented an unusual system of opening boxes (using runes), diversified creatures spawn depending on the daytime (e.g. wolves during the day, demonic wolves at night), and filled the world with hundreds of objects and references to mythology (e.g. a pantheon of deities).
