Another game dealing with illegal night races with the use of heavily tuned models of cars. This time the area of our struggle is the title City of Angels. The list of available tracks includes Chinatown, highway in San Diego or Ventura.

L.A. Street Racing is a representative of a very popular car game genre recently. These are specifically illegal, night races, which are held with the use of heavily tuned cars. However, the game cannot boast of any official licenses, as a result of which it seems to refer to such productions as Midnight Outlaw: Illegal Street Drag, or Initial D: Mountain Vengeance. Bedlam Games studio is responsible for the preparation of this game, which for the needs of the publisher (Groove Games) also developed two other products - CQC: Close Quarter Conflict and Kung Fu: Deadly Arts. L.A. Street Racing appeared exclusively on personal computers. It is worth mentioning that the game uses an online module called SkillGround, used both to support communication between players and to provide options for comparing their results in individual games.
